What does SELF-LOVE mean?

What does self love mean? It sounds like a great concept… love yourself. But what does that really mean? How do you love yourself? Why would you love yourself? Is it really important enough to actually make a priority and work on? Don’t you have much more important things to do such as lose weight, gain a promotion, plan out when/if you are going to have children, take care of your loving partner, organize your office one more time…. I’m sure there are a million other things you can think of that are seemingly more important and time sensitive than working on your self-love.

But, I’m here to change your mind on that. I’m here to wake up up from your busyness distraction and help you focus on what is really going to bring you success.

Self-love will bring you success in all areas of life – your health, your career, and your relationships to knock out the big ones.

I know you, and I know you want success. You are an achievement-focused, hard-working, junkie. And, nothing will get you there quicker than having some epic self-love.

Self-love is loving yourself for who you are in this moment.
Self-love is seeing yourself for all of your strengths and realizing your vulnerabilities can be some of your greatest strengths.
Self-love is trusting your instincts and taking risks to achieve big things.

Self-love is creating the support you need and asking for help.
Self-love is feeling your sexual power and submitting to the fullness of your desires.
Self-love is tapping into your body and getting out of your head.
Self-love is not putting up with negativity or anything soul-sucking.

Self-love is your badass superpower that is going to take you to the next level. And, I am waiting there for you offering you a hand and a boost up. I want you to join me in the Self-Love Quest and start to tap into this superpower.

Much love, Danielle
