Bluestem is my favorite restaurant in my home town of Kansas City. I go there about once a month with my boyfriend Jordan and a couple of our friends. It is an experience I look forward to all month because I know we are going to have a great time, enjoy my passion of food and wine, and spend time with people I love building memories.

As you may imagine, if we go once a month I could be posting every month on this place! Since I am not going to do that I will share a few of my favorite dishes over my last few visits!
